| The Blairstown Ambulance Corps is looking for something that money can't buy! The Corps needs volunteers, particularly during daytime hours. For teens who are 16 years of age or older, the Corps has a Cadet program for you. The commitment to become certified as an emergency medical technician is significant. The certification program requires 120 hours to complete, and there are requirements for ongoing training. Despite the hard work, members of the Corps derive great satisfaction serving our community in literally a life and death way. New members are likely to experience that very same sense of satisfaction. Training and equipment are provided free of charge and volunteers are fully insured.
