CLEAN COMMUNITIES DAY 2008

On Saturday, August 2, 2008 (raindate August 9), Blairstown
Township will hold a public land clean-up day. Blairstown
based recognized volunteer groups, such as cub scouts, boy/girl
scouts, church groups and other similar organizations can earn
money and help their community. Each six-person group (one
member must be an adult) can earn $150.00.There is a maximum
of two groups per organization. These groups will pick up litter
from township roadways and public lands.

Groups will meet at 9:00 am at the Recycling Center on Lambert
Road.
